Tenue de Nîmes is proud to release its latest Jean ‘Pablo’ today, made from a Japanese fabric: 'Memphis blue'. The Tenue de Nîmes jeans are the first step within a collection of garments that are timeless and always based on the basic principle of quality.
The company's co-founders chose Italy as the starting point of their first jeans collection. Over the past decades this European country was an unquestionable authority in the make and development of denim. Therefore Tenue de Nîmes decided to let the Pablo jeans be made by a small factory in Italy, an hour away from Veneto, owned by an Italian woman and her son.
The Tenue de Nîmes Pablo jean serves a traditional denim aficionado. Where the first Tenue de Nîmes jean ‘Charles' is a contemporary fit with a tight leg, the Pablo is a straight jean with a slightly more relaxed top-block and a slim but easy leg. The Pablo jeans could be described as a more classic ‘Americana’ jean. From a fabric perspective Tenue de Nîmes believes there are two countries that turned fabric production into an art: The United States and Japan. This is why the first ‘Pablo’ jean is created with a 14,5 o.z. Memphis II fabric from the Rampuya denim mill in Kojima, Japan.
Especially for this Tenue de Nîmes release the company teamed up with French photographer Sophie Ebrard: who created a campaign in the beautiful landscapes of Cape Verde.

For SS16 Domingo Rodriguez presents his menswear collection, a simplistic combination of masculine and feminine details.
Signature design aesthetics of a modern take on minimalism and luxury craftsmanship continue within the SS16 collection.
Razor sharp pattern cutting of deceptively simple techniques create a clean, modern look.
collection offers classic monochromatic colourways in a variety of new textures and finishes, providing a directional yet relaxed everyday look.
This season is a play on masculine and feminine ideals by taking menswear staples such as the denim jacket, parka, tailored blazer and in floaty fabrications such as silk georgette and crepes, which skim the body highlighting the silhouette.
There is a sense of delicacy and softness to the collection, showcased with the sheer silk black button up shirt, which is balanced with the structure and hardware of the collection, shown with the custom summer weight leather jacket.
There is also a sports mentality in the finishing of the collection with elasticated hems, button off hoods and metal hardware to create a balance to the softness of the feminine fabrics. The core structure of Domingo Rodriguez continues to emphasize the quality that goes into the construction of each piece.
The minimally cut fabric and double layered hems create a high fashion and high quality finish.
The pattern cutting technique creates a sleek modern look with a seamless luxury finish.
