PATRONS Presents its A/W 2016-17 Collection

The Parisian contemporary brand PATRONS presents its A/W 2016-17 collection entitled "Brave Hearts." With the brand taking new and exciting strides toward improving the already innovative label, "Brave Hearts" feels fitting for PATRONS' new age of growth.

Inspired by the rolling landscapes of northern Ireland, PATRONS' newest collection blends together the steely greys of the rugged shores with the lush greens of the hills in a purely earthy color palette. Additionally, this new collection extends the PATRONS designs to include knitted sweaters, a range of hats, and a new take on their five cut trouser. The company is also taking increased strides towards improving the quality of their products as they begin to work with new European manufacturers out of Portugal, Scotland, or Italy.

It's hard to use one word to describe the PATRONS brand. it's newest collection really sets the stage for a diverse wardrobe, combining quirky separates with quality closet staples. If you want to see what else this exciting brands has to offer you can check out their website below.

Salsa Jeans Adds Some Spice to Bread & Butter Berlin

I love to cook, and one of my favorite recipes is what we call in Italy “la salsa” (i.e., the sauce). But contrary to many places where they boil the #@&& out of it, we like our salsa nice and fresh tasting. So, here's how some of us do it.

While boiling a kilo of your favorite variety of pasta, toss some minced garlic into a large pan flooded with extra virgin olive oil! Then, quickly throw in some fresh diced tomatoes, salt to taste, and hot pepper! Sauté just a few minutes and—ah!—it’s ready for some fresh basil and grated cheese.

I don’t know about you, but I like my salsa—piccante—that is, “spicy.”
And that’s exactly why I like Salsa Jeans: they know how to serve it up nice and spicy!

The Salsa brand was created in 1994 by three Portuguese brothers and is headquartered in a small municipality situated in the far north of Portugal.

And speaking of which, did you know that the Portuguese have 365 recipes for bacalhau—salted, dried codfish—one for every day of the year? I used to travel to Portugal several times a year for work and, each time, I would try a new dish! Ah, the memories!

Well, getting back to Salsa, the brand is selling in 250 points of 25 countries and, just this week, was serving up a spicy portion of jeans wear at Bread & Butter in Berlin.

So the next time you sit down for a spicy meal, think of Salsa Jeans!
